Pharmacy museum, Bressanone
The pharmacy museum in Bressanone opened in autumn 2002 and presents 400 years of pharmaceutical history over an area of 150 m². The exhibition includes devices, remedies, packaging and containers used on an everyday basis in the pharmacy and is extremely interesting for both experts and the general lay public. Changes to medical history are documented clearly using multimedia technology. Ever heard of concentrated ox gall bladder being used as a cure for roundworms? You’ll find out about this and much more at the pharmacy museum in Bressanone!
